Arthur mushambi

Arthur is a highly qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 10+ years of experiences in civil infrastructure projects.

During his previous engagements, Arthur has been working closely with NSW government agencies, e.g.:

o  Health Infrastructure NSW;

o  Property NSW; and

o  Transport for NSW.

He is a solution driven professional possessing a combination of technical skills and commercial acumen, who has experiences in various procurement methods across different building and civil projects, incl. design and construction (D&C) contracts with (i) lump-sum,  (ii) cost-plus and (iii) schedule of rates arrangements.

Within  his  recent  experiences, he has managed the assessment and evaluation of variations, extension of times (EoTs), delay analysis, representing the client company within the critical NSW government construction pause and restriction related matters, e.g.: (1) COVID-19 Claim events and (2) inclement weather events.

His knowledge and his relevant experiences are value adding, as his qualifications and experiences allow him to assess quantities and deliver the most beneficial commercial outcome.

Arthur has a solid history of working and maintaining good relationships with various stakeholders, such as project management, project controls, scheduling, cost reporting and technical divisions apart from the commercial divisions he has been representing.

Given that he has worked on a range of Design & Construction projects, Arthur is aware of the liabilities and deliverables of a contractor and the commercial position of a principal within a standard medium works NSW state government contract.

His knowledge of government-related projects combined with his quantity surveying background, specializing in civil and construction will be an utmost benefit for any of his assignments.
