His remarkable career includes a significant tenure as Director Commercial for Sydney Metro, where he was entrusted with the expansive Tunnel and Station Excavation (TSE) Works Package of the Sydney Metro City & Southwest project, valued at AUD 3.5 billion. In this critical role, Graeme demonstrated exceptional proficiency by settling disputes and claims totaling 800 million AUD—a full month ahead of the contract completion date.

Peter Liu is a highly accomplished Principal Commercial Advisor and Claims Specialist with over 25 years of extensive experience in the commercial management of complex commercial structures, including ITC, D&C, Construct Only, and IC deeds. He has served as Professional Services Contractor to TfNSW for a total of 7 years in a commercial capacity where he has delivered complex rail projects. His expertise has been honed on the Sydney Light Rail Project during his tenure as a PSC for TfNSW, where he excelled in delivering comprehensive commercial and contracts services across various rail contracts. Peter’s key roles involved delivering expert commercial advice and effectively overseeing the management of contracts for light rail and station works, including managing both interim and final accounts close-out activities, and meticulously reviewing claims from contractors.

Our Principal Commercial and Claims specialist Musta Bajwa has demonstrated over 15 years of experience in the commercial management of complex rail commercial structures- including ITC (NBN rollout), D&C, Construct only and IC deeds. He is an established commercial and contracts professional over 15 years of experience in managing construction contracts within both the private and public sectors. Musta has worked on both client side and contractor side and brings a strong history on transport infrastructure projects. Musta has managed a number of different contract forms including Construct Only, D&C, alliance, lump sum and schedule of rates. Musta has been involved in several major construction and infrastructure projects where he administered contracts, resolved variations, claims and disputes and provided commercial and contract advice to project teams.
SENIOR CONTRACTS AND CLAIMS ADVISOR (QUANTUM AND DELAY ANALYSIS) – RAIL DELIVERY
Jasmin is a distinguished Claims Specialist with a robust background in managing complex contractual issues within both government and private sectors. Her substantial experience encompasses strategic oversight of commercial alignment, project development and delivery, and expert management of large contractual claims on key government projects such as the Sydney Light Rail, Digital Systems Program, Automated Train Protection, and Digital Train Radio Systems Upgrade. Jasmin’s approach is proactive, focusing on understanding issues through stakeholder dialogue before proceeding with contract enforcement, showcasing her skills in dispute avoidance and resolution.
Jasmin's capabilities in complex contract management are particularly notable, having adeptly handled contracts and subcontracts worth up to USD $34 billion, and managed a broad spectrum of claims up to USD $1.2 billion from initiation to resolution. .

Arthur is a highly qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 10+ years of experiences in civil infrastructure projects. He has been working closely with NSW government agencies.
During his previous engagements, Arthur has been working closely with NSW government agencies, e.g.:

o Property NSW; and
o Transport for NSW.

His experience in leading and coordinating commercial and technical functions from delivery to post-handover are enriched by substantial certificates, which allows him to utilise his exclusive acumen of technical and practical mindset.
Further, Kerem has delivered outstanding and cost efficient solutions in negotiating and managing variation price proposals, interface agreements, indemnities, insurances, and pass through obligations in consultation with the respective commercial and project teams.
His solution-oriented approach provides him the ability to foster the best outcomes, as well as coming up with an independent and objective perspective to our clients.
PRINCIPAL ADVISOR FINANCE
Tony is an experienced and pragmatic professional with a career spanning over 20 years in the energy industry, mainly in electricity, gas, and uranium.
His expertise includes the provision of economic advice directly to the former Treasurer of the Northern Territory, where he had significant involvement in the government’s micro-economic reform agenda within the utility sector, namely the structural separation of the Power and Water Corporation into three Government Owned Corporations.
Tony is adept at delivering of commercial advice, investment and economic analysis and financial modelling supporting generation acquisitions, contract negotiations, infrastructure development, generation and transmission pricing reviews/submissions and retail pricing analysis.
