Kerem’s career is spanning over 20 years’, specialising in contracts administration and commercial management within the delivery phase of various mega projects across the civil infrastructure and oil & gas sectors. 

His experience in leading and coordinating commercial and technical functions from delivery to post-handover are enriched by substantial certificates, which allows him to utilise his exclusive acumen of technical and practical mindset.

Further, Kerem has delivered outstanding and cost efficient solutions in negotiating and managing variation price proposals, interface agreements, indemnities, insurances, and pass through obligations in consultation with the respective commercial and project teams. 

To reach the ultimate outcome, he always implements ceaseless divergent and convergent techniques by collaborating with stakeholders, which makes him a valuable team member in any project team he works with and essential to the project's core achievements.
