Peter is an experienced construction and infrastructure professional with over 20+ years of industry experience, serving both in private and public sectors. 

His experiences in project management and the provision of commercial services are supported by relevant tertiary qualifications - he holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, that provide him with the ability to be both: technically minded and practically astute.

Throughout his previous career, Peter has been involved in all project phases, from scope definition to procurement, incl. project delivery, management and close out through to dispute avoidance and resolution.

He has a solid background of working on Government project in both (i) delivery and (ii) commercial capacity, providing direct services to Transport for NSW on high-profile projects, e.g. Sydney Light Rail project and Asset Divestment Program for a total of 5 years from the development phase to delivery.

He has proven his expertise in negotiating and managing delivery contracts and third party agreements, including all relevant commercial aspects of budget forecastings, variation justifications, claims assessment and evaluations etc., ensuring that requirements under the contract obligations are met at all times.

Peter has been successful in numerous occassions by eliminating contractual and budget risks with the demonstrated ability to negotiate and optimise outcome, streamline processes, improve workflows, and significantly reduce costs to optimise project efficiency and overall performance.
